Comunal is looking for a part-time intern to join our team at the Mexico City office and be part of our Future Leadership Program. As an Investments, Capital Markets, and Asset Management Analyst, you will play a critical support role in the execution of investment strategies, capital raising, and ongoing asset performance analysis. You will work closely with senior members of the Investments and Asset Management team to assess real estate opportunities, support capital markets efforts, and help manage the performance of the company's property portfolio.

Qualifications:  

• Currently enrolled in the final semesters of an undergraduate degree. Candidates from programs such as Engineering, Finance, Business Administration, , Economics, or any similar field are preferred.

• Interest in commercial real estate and finance

• Strong research and analytical skills 

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills 

• Efficiently manage multiple tasks simultaneously  

• Ability to work independently

• Support the underwriting of new investment opportunities through financial modeling, sensitivity analysis, and scenario planning
• Conduct due diligience and research market trends, competitors, and comparable transactions
• Prepare investment memos and presentations for internal review and Investment Committee approval
• Support fundraising activities
• Support investor relations activities
• Monitor performance of existing assets and track key financial and operational KPIs
• Collaborate with internal departments (Finance, Legal, Development, Operations) to ensure asset-level business plans are executed effectively
