What We’re Looking For:
Paradero is seeking a Digital Marketing Analyst/Associate to join its internal marketing team. This role is a critical pillar of our growing organization, responsible for executing and optimizing key marketing initiatives across multiple luxury hospitality and residential properties — including Paradero Suites, Homes, and Villas.
You’ll manage performance marketing campaigns, email strategy, analytics, and reporting, while working closely with the Marketing Lead and select external collaborators. This is a high-impact position with room for growth, creativity, and strategic contribution.
Key Responsabilities:
Digital Advertising & Campaigns
Run and optimize paid media campaigns across Meta, Google, TikTok, and LinkedIn
Execute full-funnel strategies including A/B testing, audience building, and pixel tracking
Deliver clear performance reports with data-driven recommendations
Email & CRM Strategy
Manage email marketing efforts: list segmentation, audience journeys, and campaign deployment
Craft compelling storytelling aligned with each brand’s unique voice
Build and maintain automations and performance reports
Analytics & Insights
Generate weekly and monthly reports with KPIs, benchmarks, and actionable insights
Create and maintain dashboards to monitor campaign performance
Translate numbers into strategy and support data-informed decisions
AI & Tools
Leverage AI platforms like ChatGPT for content creation, ideation, and productivity
Identify and implement digital tools that enhance marketing efficiency
Ideal candidate:
Degree in Marketing, Design, Finance, Administration or a related field.
Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience in a digital marketing role (not internship-based)
Expertise in paid advertising (Meta, Google Ads, TikTok, LinkedIn)
Experience in email marketing strategy, database segmentation, and storytelling
A highly tech-savvy mindset — especially with AI platforms and MarTech tools
Proactive, organized, enthusiastic about luxury branding and exceptional design.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to work with numbers, metrics, and data-driven insights.
Industry experience in hospitality or real estate
